We successfully defended a high-value male client in his divorce case where we were able to initially broker an agreement in his favor. The client's ex-wife later retained new counsel in an attempt to set aside this agreement and re-litigate their divorce in hopes of obtaining a more sizable share of the party's marital estate. We successfully argued against these motions and the opposing party's motions were denied, successfully bringing closure to our client's long-suffering two-year court battle with his ex-wife.
