Wife Committed Acts of Adultery and Alienated Children from Father
March 2022
Our firm represented the husband and father in this divorce matter. Prior to our entry into the case the opposing party had engaged in acts of adultery and parental alienation and was not permitting our client to visit with his children regularly. At the conclusion of the case our client was visiting with his kids regularly and a final parenting plan was put in place protecting his visitation rights. He also received a lump sum alimony payment of $5,000 from the opposing party as part of the court's final order and decree.
